We enable our team members to become experts in their field, thus making our firm competitive within industry and service lines. With this goal in mind, our intensive internal continuing education program far exceeds the minimum requirements set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). We systematically evaluate our program to ensure that our standards of excellence in education are consistently exceeded.
Elko & Associates Ltd.'s continuing education program is designed to improve our team members' knowledge, not only by focusing on the needs of our practice as a whole, but also by providing training opportunities on the individual level. Elko is licensed to conduct in-house training, for both internal and external participants, utilizing our high-tech training room.
