Al's Reflections:
"As a young accountant, I
knew that providing my clients superior service
delivered in a timely manner was my primary mission.
Honesty, integrity and taking a genuine interest in my
clients' successes, helped not only their businesses
grow, but also, mine as well. I take great pride in this
firm that bears my name. The hard-working dedicated
individuals who comprise the Elko team are a legacy to
be proud of."
Al is no stranger to the greater Philadelphia business,
civic and non-profit communities. He continues to contribute
to the firm's success on a limited part-time basis. In
addition to his pristine reputation as a premier
accountant, Al's dedication to helping others is known
to many. There is long list of organizations that he has
been affiliated with over the years, some of which are:
Board member for The Delaware County Chamber of
Commerce, past president Attorney/CPA Forum, past
president of Media Rotary Club, Vice-President of the
Media Business Authority, past President of the Chadds
Ford Civic Association and a board member for Riddle
Memorial Hospital. Al is an Eagle Scout and has served
as an assistant Scout Master. Currently he sits on the
board of Elwyn, Inc., a Human Services organization that
services disabled and disadvantaged individuals. He is
the recipient of the 2003 Lifetime Achievement Award
given by the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.
Al currently resides in Chadds Ford, PA with his wife
Priscilla. He has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
When he is not traveling, Al enjoys boating and fishing
in Ocean City, NJ.
